Placing orders -
It is your responsibility to ensure that any personalisation that contain names have the correct spelling, mistakes cannot not be rectified unless a new order is placed, Simple !
Please refer to the sizing guide for clothing orders. We cannot accept any returns on personalised items, so please check or get in touch prior to placing any clothing orders with us. You've been advised !
Any images that are sent to us to need to a be of high resolution . If the image is small or of poor quality, it will reflect in the finished product, its that simple
If you need to discuss anything prior to ordering , or need advise to ensure you get the best product, please get in touch with us before placing any order.
Step one -
Place the order from the desired page on the website
Step two -
Complete the order form with information, names, images etc
Step three -
Sit back and let us deal with the rest !
Complete custom orders -
This refers to items that you would like to supply for us to customize , ie trainers, caps, bags etc
As each process is completely individual in nature, we need to have a discussion prior to any order being placed.
Step one -
Get in touch to discuss your exact requirements . Here we can confirm the details including price and turnaround time
Step two -
Send your items into us for personalisation. It's your responsibility to ensure items are packaged correctly as any damages in transit would have to be dealt with by yourself and the carrier. Make sure you have insurance in place to cover any damages if they occur.
Step Three -
We get to work once we have received the items and put the Printod magic touch on it.
Step Four -
We carefully pack your items and send them back to you including insurance if required.
Delivery times -
For standard shop items, UK national delivery can take approx. 3-4 working days
For Custom print items, please allow up to 7 working days unless specified
If there are items which are required sooner or by a particular date, please get in touch to discuss this further.
We will update the site if any other factors that may delay our deliveries such as postal strikes etc.
Smaller items are sent via mail and larger would be sent via courier.
Returns -
Due to the nature of our business, we not accept returns , unless the item has been received damaged or faulty
All items are checked prior to despatch and packed to a high standard to avoid such issues.
